Here is what you can expect:

• All Partners in Progress will be enabled to make/receive calls both internally and externally using the Calls tab within Microsoft Teams.
• All incoming calls will ring to your Microsoft Teams desktop application.
• In most cases, Microsoft Teams Calling will replace your physical desk phones. In some cases, you may receive a new Microsoft Teams-compatible desk phone, depending on your role.
